Custom Orders

After we have a clear idea of what you're envisioning we will provide you a quote and 50% deposit will be required. When your order is ready to ship, you will be invoiced for the remainder.

Art Work

All art work featured on our website is original art work made by Nadine de Almeida Chong using several art mediums such as/but not limited to Copic markers, fine liner pens, pencils, watercolor, and digital platforms.

Every art print is made from an original sketch that I have created, therefore they are all under copyright laws. The illustrator, Nadine de Almeida Chong, owns all rights to the illustrations and imaging on this page. All art prints may not be sold, redistributed, reprinted, or reproduced for any reason whatsoever.

Shipping

If you want it, we will get it to you! We ship worldwide using Canada Post or USPS/Ascendia (via Chit Chats). Most items will be shipped within 1-5 days of payment clearing, depending on the item (custom made or made to order) it can take longer, please refer to the item listing for more info. Please contact us if you need a rush on your item! We will be more than happy to look into your options and provide you with quotes.

Buyers are responsible for any extra fees due to duties/customs. 

Shipping within Canada:

Orders of less than $50CAD with max size 8x10 prints will be shipped with no tracking. Orders over $50 and/or 11x14 will be shipped with Chit Chats with tracking.

Shipping to US:

Orders will be shipped with tracking via USPS with the aid of Chit Chats.

Shipping Internationally: 

Tracking will be included in your shipping with Chit Chats - Ascendia, USPS international, UPS, Canada Post.

The buyer is responsible for all taxes, import fees, etc incurred after shipping. Buyer is responsible for shipping on any returns and/or exchanges (please see below for more info on returns/exchange policy).

Returns

Due to art infringement and copyright policies, art print orders are not refundable. However please contact me immediately if you aren't satisfied with your product, I want you to love it so let's work something out! Product will only be valid for exchange if returned in its original form. We are not responsible for any damage caused if the above directions were not followed, therefore no refunds will be issued.

Damages:

Should your order arrived damaged or creased, please contact me immediately with photos attached so I can send you a replacement and contact the postal service.
